FEE SCHEDULE

REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS

• Sales or Property Search Mandate -  5-6% incl. VAT (minimum €10,000)

• Land or Garage Sale Mandate - 10% incl. VAT (minimum €5,000)

• New Build (VEFA) - According to agreement with the developer

• Commercial Property and Business Assets Sale Mandate - 10% incl. VAT

• Written Property Valuation - Fixed fee of €240 incl. VAT

SPECIAL OFFER

• Online Consultation - €80 / 30 min incl. VAT

• Remote Viewings (1 property) - €300 incl. VAT

• Translation and Negotiation Support - From €300/hour

• Legal Support via Partners (SCI setup, taxation, international private law) - Upon request

Additional Notes :

-        In the case of a delegated mandate from another real estate professional (agency, developer, etc.), the applicable fee schedule remains that of the agency holding the original mandate.

-        In case of inter-agency cooperation, our fees will not exceed the amounts indicated in the present fee schedule and the amounts agreed upon in the sales and/or search mandate signed by the client.
